A: Step by step, hard work and lots of good ideas.

Q: What is your favorite part about Napier-Reid and our technologies to talk about and why?

A: Napier-Reid survives and thrives by solving customer’s problems, and we always look for innovative solutions. I enjoy the problem-solving.

Q: What do you wish others in the wastewater or water industry understood that isn’t talked about enough?

A: In many cases conventional treatment processes can be more suitable than those new “advanced” ones. There are no bad processes, only bad applications.

Q: What project or technology that Napier-Reid has completed/you’ve been a part of that you’re most proud of and want mentioned here?

A: Kingsville DAF conversion project, very challenging but very successful in the end.
